Return Policy

If item(s) need to be returned, we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date. Item(s) must arrive back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the delivery date. Please allow 3-5 business days for transit time.

All item(s) must have all original tags and must be in original condition. This includes, but is not limited to the following: deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying on items, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, etc.

If shoes are returned, the shoe box needs to be wrapped. If the box is damaged in transit from not being wrapped properly, the return will not be accepted.

Items meeting the above criteria will be issued a store credit.

Sale items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance.

Swimwear and bodysuits are final sale.

Jewelry and accessories are final sale.

Home Decor items are final sale.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled. We base our order quantity on the amount of pre-orders placed. Please read the description on pre-order items to find the shipment date/time frame before placing your order. Pre-order items or in stock items ordered at the same time as other pre-order items will not ship out until all pre-order items have arrived. Please keep this in mind and place separate orders if needed. Please do not purchase Express Shipping for pre-order items unless you do so with the understanding that the item cannot ship out until the date given in the item description.

NOTE: Some leathers, cowhides and fabrics/patterns may vary. Please keep this in mind when placing an order, as we are not responsible for color/pattern variation.

NOTE: Express orders will only receive same-day shipping if placed before 3:00 p.m. CST on a business day. If placed after 3:00 p.m. CST, the order will be shipped on the following business day.

If you will be on vacation or unable to open your package upon delivery, please let us know ahead of time so we can hold your item(s) until you return. The 14 day return policy goes into effect upon delivery of your package, regardless of if you are on vacation or unable to open your package for any reason (includes gifts).

We do not offer free returns.
